Matthew and Isabel have been trying for a child for years, and despair is starting to take hold. Matthew declares that he'll do anything to have a child, and the universe responds in kind.

Now, with Isabel's help, Matthew must make his way through pregnancy, an ordeal he was never expected to endure. He must choose to either embrace it and the femininity associated with it, or to reaffirm his own masculinity, and to discover who he really is.

A de-facto Visual Novel made in RPGMaker, focusing on Pregnancy, MPreg, Feminization, and MtF transformation, depending on player choices. The game lasts about 15-30 minutes with 9 events and three endings.

Made for the 2026 Preggo Game Jam. I know it's not exactly everyone's cup of tea, but it's a story I wanted to tell, and this gave me the perfect opportunity to do so.
